Sessions

Individual

This is you and me, for at least an hour and change, going through all the things you know how to do. You get to describe your skills, where you got them and how often you use them, and then we’ll talk about where else in your life they could come in handy. A lot of what comes up in these sessions is what you have chosen to believe you absolutely can’t do. With a little context, however, I think you’ll be shocked by how wrong you actually are. This is almost always followed-up by a second appointment (which is why I made a discounted bundle option!) where we get more tactical with regard to next steps. What we’re aiming for at the end is not just a reminder of just how amazing you are (which, frankly, is enough), but also a game plan for moving ahead in whatever way is meaningful for you.

Individual sessions are $285+ tax for 1h 15mins. Follow-up sessions are $250+ tax. for 1 hr. The popular bundle is $495+ tax. All can be booked below.

Small Group

Doing these audits in small groups offers much of the same insightful goodness as an individual session, but with the added benefit of input and support from others. The response to my small group sessions has been overwhelmingly positive and it’s so gratifying to not only watch people remember who they are, but also discover parts of themselves in others and make new friends to boot.

These sessions must have 4 participants, but 4 is the max. to make sure everyone is heard. This session is 2 hours long, $195/person+tax, and can be scheduled by getting in touch with me.

Corporate

As an employer, providing individual skills audits to your staff is a great way to not only invest in their professional development, but also take stock of the wide variety of employee skills you have at your disposal, much of which is likely currently under-utilized or totally unrecognized. Especially during these trying times, it would provide an excellent opportunity for you to see how and where you can pivot, re-calibrate and redeploy your workforce.

From a corporate culture standpoint, skills audit-themed activities are amazing team-building exercises, either as stand-alone activities or as part of break-out sessions during a larger event. Providing an opportunity for your staff to Identify and share their skills and strengths will allow them to get to know each other better and discover what they have in common. Providing an opportunity to share self-limiting beliefs with their co-workers will remind them that we’re all insecure about something, and allow them to receive some much-needed perspective from their colleagues. And if that’s not enough, it’s just an awesome way to network, by connecting them with both those who share their skills and interests, and others who may help them work on skills they feel need improving. A great alternative to traditional and timeworn staff events.

Corporate sessions are priced individually and can be designed to fit the theme of the event. Contact me for further details.

Workshops

Workshop formats are perfect for events that have more people than a small group session can handle, and that also have more of a non-corporate vibe. Book clubs, camp reunions, kids’ sports teams, university prep courses, community groups. A fun and innovative way to expand both your network and your point of view. Can be done in conjunction with other activities or presented as a stand-alone exercise.

Workshop sessions are curated to suit each event and are priced individually. Please send me a note for more information.

Custom

Custom sessions are exactly that. You tell me what it is you need out of your experience, and I will tailor-make a program that checks off all your boxes.

Like all things bespoke, prices vary depending on your vision. Shoot me an email and let’s talk.

Speaking

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you are looking for a collaboration, a speaker for your next event, a panel member, or a facilitator. Speaking topics include the many merits of a skills audit (e.g. self-confidence, job seeking, professional advancement, etc.), as well as addressing issues such as Imposter Syndrome and other self-limiting beliefs.
